Hello Clio Cancellation Policy

We know things happen—and sometimes you need to make a change. Below is our official cancellation policy for all Hello Clio orders.

Standard Orders

You may cancel a standard (non-preorder) order within 3 hours of placing it, as long as the item has not already shipped.

Because we work quickly to process orders, cancellations after this 3-hour window—or after the item has shipped—cannot be guaranteed.

To request a cancellation, please email support@shoptheclio.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order cancellations are available for 30 days from the date the order was placed.

After 30 days, your order enters production planning and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Shipped Orders

Once an order has shipped (this applies to both standard and pre-orders), it can no longer be canceled. If you need assistance with a shipped order, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
