If something isn’t quite right, our policy gives you 7 calendar days after delivery to request a return.

Order Changes & Cancellations
We offer a 30-minute self-service window after purchase to:

Make minor order changes
After 30 minutes, orders may already be processing for shipment and we are unable to guarantee modifications.
All order changes and cancellations must be completed through your Hello Clio Customer Portal.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery

Products must be in original, unused condition

All tags and labels must remain attached

Items must be free from damage, stains, or odors

All original accessories and documentation must be included
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be approved.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are specially made or reserved just for you ✨
Because inventory is secured in advance:

Pre-order cancellations are allowed up to 30 days after purchase

After 30 days, pre-orders cannot be canceled

Once a pre-order has shipped, it falls under our standard 7-day return policy
Pre-orders are dependent on manufacturing and transport timelines. Delivery dates are estimated and may shift based on production or shipping conditions.
All pre-order cancellation requests must be submitted through your Customer Portal.
How to Start a Return
All returns are initiated through your Hello Clio Customer Portal.

Choose a reason

Upload photos if requested and include helpful details

Once approved, print your prepaid return label

Package items securely and attach the label

Drop off at any carrier location or schedule a pickup

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after delivery to our warehouse.
You may choose:

Original payment method (2.9% processing fee applies)

Store credit with a 2.9% bonus value
Store credit never expires 🤍
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for eligible products.

Processing begins once your return shipment is delivered to us

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for standard returns and exchanges
