Free Shipping Threshold

Orders that qualify for free shipping on purchases over $75 include standard shipping only. If you choose expedited or overnight shipping, those options will be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Order Processing & Tracking

Shipping labels may be created up to 24 hours before your order begins moving. This is part of our fulfillment process and helps us get orders out more quickly once they are ready to ship.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your label is created.

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we have access to the same tracking information you do. You can track your order HERE.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is confirmed lost, please reach out to support@shoptheclio.com with your name and order number so our team can assist you.

If your tracking is marked as delivered but your package has not arrived, please allow 24 hours for it to show up, as carriers may mark packages delivered slightly early. If it still has not arrived after 24 hours, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us at support@shoptheclio.com with your name and order number.
