 If your item is in stock, it typically ships within 24 business hours, however some delays can happen!

Shipping labels may be created up to 24 hours before your order begins moving. This is part of our fulfillment process and helps us get orders out more quickly once they are ready to ship. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your label is created.

Pre-orders ship as soon as they arrive to us, and we pack and ship orders in the order they were placed. If you purchase a preorder item alongside an in-stock item, everything will ship together once the preorder arrives.

Please note: Because preorders are made through our manufacturing partners, production and shipping timelines may change if there are any delays during manufacturing.

 We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is deliver as long as the bag is unused and still has the original tags.

• Returns will not be accepted for reasons unrelated to product quality, including but not limited to:
• Kindles not fitting due to added bulk from a case
• Stains or marks that occur after purchase
• Signs of wear or use
• Pinholes from accessories like buttons or pins
• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
• Frustration with wait times during pre-order period

For in stock items you have two hours from the time the order is placed to cancel or make any changes. You can contact us at support@shoptheclio.com.

For pre-order items, you can cancel or change your order for up to thirty days.
