Which Bag is right for me?

Kindle, eReader & Tablet Compatibility

  • The Kindle Paperwhite fits in ALL of our bookish bags!

  • Yes, the 2024 Kindle Paperwhite is compatible with our applicable Kindle-bag sizing.

    As always, bulky cases can affect fit, so measure the Kindle with your case attached if you're unsure.

  • The 7" Kindle Oasis can fits the Double Scoop, Mini and all larger bags!

    It will not fit in the Luxe Kindle Purse.

    Because the Oasis has a different shape from standard Kindle models, compare your device and case measurements before ordering if you're unsure.

  • Yes! The Kindle Basic is a great match for Hello Clio's e-reader-friendly designs.

  • Usually, but the case matters!

    Slim cases add very little bulk, while decorative, padded or unusually thick cases can make a significant difference.

    Measure your Kindle while it's inside the exact case you use and compare those measurements with the bag's e-reader compartment.

  • Yes! Kobos will fit in our larger bags such as the Double Scoop, Mini and Collectors Backpack.

    Kobos will not fit in the Luxe Kindle Purse.

    If you use a bulky, padded or highly decorative case, we'd rather you have enough room than struggle with a tight fit.

    Measure your device with its case attached and consider sizing up if it's close to the compartment's maximum dimensions.

Product Care

  • For everyday spot cleaning, we recommend using warm water and a small amount of gentle dish soap, such as Dawn.

    Apply it gently with a soft cloth and spot clean the affected area.

    Avoid harsh chemicals, aggressive scrubbing or soaking the bag.

  • Start by emptying the bag completely and gently removing loose crumbs or debris.

    For small marks, use a slightly damp soft cloth and spot clean carefully.

    Avoid saturating the lining.

  • We do not recommend machine washing or drying your Hello Clio bag.

    Spot clean it gently instead.

  • Hello Clio bags are water resistant, not waterproof.

    They can handle everyday life and small amounts of moisture, but they shouldn't be submerged or intentionally exposed to significant amounts of water.
